1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

To ensure the best service, we categorize shipping rates based on the destination's logistics accessibility:

  • Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States): FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Non-Contiguous U.S.: Due to significantly higher carrier costs, a flat shipping fee will apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The exact shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Contiguous U.S.: 5–10 business days.

  • Non-Contiguous U.S.: 10–15 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or extreme weather.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with leading carriers including USPS, UPS, Uni and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. The specific carrier is selected based on the package size, weight, and delivery location.

6. Delivery Issues
